You are listening and conditioning your surprise self-image whether you are aware of it.If I ever capture myself talking adversely to myself I immediately change” psychological tracks” and state something positive to myself. If something turns up over and over once again, I know there’s a deeper obstacle I must address. I then go to work on reconditioning my mind with affirmations that are opposite to the negative psychological chatter.For the next seven days become really familiar with the people around you, and do not allow any unfavorable energy around you.Also, be in tune with the mental chatter that goes on in your own head.
